By A father-of-four who died in a road traffic crash while travelling to a charity motorcycle rally has been remembered for his love of family, generosity and the lasting legacy he leaves behind.
Darrell Nolan, originally from Tullow and later living in Tinahely, Co Wicklow, died after a crash in Co Carlow on August 2nd. He was just six days away from his 45th birthday.
His funeral took place on Sunday, where family, friends and members of the motorcycle community gathered to remember a man described as loving, generous and deeply devoted to his family.

He was involved in a collision with a car before reaching the event. Emergency services responded and he was taken by air ambulance to the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin, where he was later pronounced dead.
